What
we expect

Needs to know Gherkin Acceptance Criteria notation
Experience in software testing: app or portals or mobile testing
Experience with testing tools: Proxyman or similar, JIRA, Xray or similar, Confluence, Loadrunner
Experience in test automation is a big plus
Meticulous attention to detail
Fluent English is required and German is beneficial
Any experience in telecommunications / mobile industry is beneficial
Experience with version control such as GIT is beneficial
Candidates need to be open to work with AI tools such as VSCode, GITHUB Copilot
Experience with Maestro is beneficial
Team player, but not as empty terminology: you cooperate with others, help them do good work and share your problems with others in order to find solutions faster
On-site work from Zagreb 3x a week

What
you’ll do

Teams are divided into four Scrum teams
Each Scrum team roughly consists of: 2 - 3 QA engineers, 2 iOS developers, 2 Android developers, 2 Backend developers, 1 Product designer, 1 Product owner
Each sprint lasts two weeks
Before each sprint, the following meetings take place: Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Sprint Review
Daily Stand-up - each Scrum team has its own daily sync from 09:00 to 09:30, every day except on days when sprint meetings are held
Communication is key on this project - the client requires active communication to ensure problems are resolved as quickly as possible.
